Frequently Asked Questions

What do bespoke cold room systems mean?

Bespoke cold rooms, unlike standard modular cold rooms, are refrigeration systems that offer engineering solutions fully customized to our customers’ specific size, temperature, and storage requirements. This approach provides maximum flexibility and functionality to ensure the most suitable storage environment for the unique structure of the space and the sensitivity of the products.

What are the main advantages of bespoke cold room solutions compared to modular systems?

Bespoke cold rooms offer significant advantages such as maximizing usable space, providing high precision in zonal temperature and humidity control, optimizing operational workflow, and fully adapting to non-standard areas or sector-specific requirements. Modular units, on the other hand, generally do not possess this level of flexibility and optimization capability.

What temperature range values do your cold rooms support?

The cold rooms designed by our company cover a wide temperature range, catering to various industrial and commercial applications. These ranges include +2°C to +8°C for fresh product storage, -18°C to -25°C for frozen products, up to -40°C for blast freezing processes, and between +15°C and +25°C for special applications requiring a controlled environment. Each system is designed to consistently maintain the specified temperature conditions.

How does your bespoke cold room design and production process proceed?

Our design and production process is meticulously carried out to meet our customers’ needs down to the finest detail. In the initial stage, the project’s layout, purpose of use, and capacity requirements are analyzed in detail. The technical drawings and specifications created as a result of this analysis are submitted for customer approval. For approved projects, high-quality panels are manufactured, followed by a detailed pre-assembly and quality control process at our factory. After all these stages, the products are safely packaged and made ready for shipment.

Are bespoke cold room solutions offered for narrow and complex spaces?

Yes, our engineering team is specially trained to overcome architectural constraints or space limitations. We offer cold room solutions of all sizes, from compact areas like 2m² to large industrial facilities over 200m². We have the capability to design and produce custom solutions that perfectly fit complex structural features such as sloped ceilings, unusual angles, or narrow passages.

What materials are preferred for your cold room panels?

Our cold room panels are insulated with high-density polyurethane (PUR) to provide superior insulation performance. For the exterior surface coating, depending on the project’s requirements, polyester-coated galvanized steel (RAL 9002) or high corrosion-resistant stainless steel (CrNi AISI 304) is used, meeting hygiene and durability standards. All these materials are carefully selected to be food-contact compliant and ensure long-lasting use.

What is the energy efficiency status of your cold room systems?

Our cold rooms are specifically designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize operating costs. For this purpose, high-performance insulation materials with low thermal conductivity (0.020-0.023 W/mK), excellent sealing providing door and panel joint systems, and the latest generation, energy-efficient refrigeration units are integrated. This combination minimizes thermal losses, offering sustainable operational efficiency.

Which main sectors do you serve?

Our solutions are developed to meet the specific needs of various sectors such as food storage, hotel-restaurant-cafe (HORECA) industry, pharmaceutical industry, laboratory applications, agriculture, floriculture, and morgue units. All our cold rooms fully comply with international hygiene and safety standards, guaranteeing the quality and safety of stored products.

What are the safety features offered by your cold room systems?

To ensure the highest level of operational safety for our customers, our cold rooms are equipped with various advanced safety features. These include continuous temperature monitoring systems, emergency exit mechanisms for personnel trapped inside, and bright LED lighting systems that increase overall visibility. Additionally, extra measures such as non-slip floor coverings and emergency alert systems ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Are installation and technical support services available?

Yes, our company provides comprehensive assembly and technical support services for cold room system installation processes. Our products are designed for easy and quick installation; however, we provide on-site assembly support upon our customers’ request. If necessary, professional installation and support services can also be organized through our project-specific certified business partners. Our goal is to ensure your cold rooms operate smoothly and deliver long-lasting performance.

How much does a bespoke cold room approximately cost?

Project cost varies depending on factors such as room dimensions, target temperature range, insulation thickness, door and accessory options, refrigeration unit capacity, and installation conditions. For a tailored and transparent pricing, please contact our team.
