Alemdar cold room floor panels are designed as multilayer structures that take into account intensive pedestrian and equipment traffic. With a PU insulation core, Plywood or 304-grade stainless steel top surfaces, and OSB/Plywood backing, the system targets long service life and stability in cold store floors.

Surface & Substrate: Plywood top surface or 304-grade stainless steel top surface; OSB or Plywood backing underneath.
Insulation Density: 40±2 kg/m³ polyurethane (PU) core.
Thermal Conductivity: λ 0.020–0.023 W/m·K according to EN 13165.
Panel Thicknesses: 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm (same as wall/roof panels).
Panel Widths: 230 mm, 530 mm, 1130 mm.
Lock/Joint: Depending on the project, eccentric cam-lock or tongue-and-groove joints can be applied.
